The weather doesn't always cooperate . . .

... and the lawn isn't always very nice. But that first image of the front of the house is the most important picture! Buyers look at the cover image for 20 seconds,1 which is an eternity on the internet!

Make sure that image is good, even if the weather isn't.

What's possible?

My main goal is to draw attention to the best parts of your listing. I can replace the sky when it's boring. I can augment the lawn when it's a little bare. I remove pictures that were left on the walls and other things that might distract the viewer from the best parts of the house.

What's not possible?

I don't alter the actual structure of the house. I don't patch holes or fix paint. I don't offer virtual staging at this time.

Get eyeballs on your listing

Good photos are better than bad photos. That's why we call them good photos. I make sure every photo I send you is a good photo, even when it needs more than average retouching.

Without sacrificing credibility

A 2018 study found that consumers do not consider digitally altered photo in an ad is not less credible when accompanied by a disclosure that the photo was digitally altered.2

Unaltered images are included

To keep things above board, always include the unaltered versions of the image in the listing.
