The photos for most listings in any given MLS are taken during normal daylight hours because those are normal business hours for everyone. When a buyer is scrolling through an MLS feed, they see a lot of photos of houses taken with similar lighting because they were taken at roughly the same time of day.

It grabs their attention because we didn't take the first few images they see during normal daylight hours. We took them at twilight, just when the light is most dramatic. It's not quite night time, so there's some light in the sky. But it's not day time anymore, so the outside lights on the house make it really pop!
